He graduated from Jilin Jianzhu University in 2005. Previously worked in Beijing and Berlin. In 2012, I graduated from the School of Architecture, Central Academy of Fine Arts as the first graduate student. He founded Penda/Penda Architecture in 2013. Adhere to the ecological green design concept, put forward the "less is love" view. His works have been widely reported by international media.

His representative works, Hongkun Art Museum, have been rated as one of the ten most noteworthy art galleries in Beijing by Time Out magazine. He has won many international Awards. In 2016, he was named the "Best New Architect of the Year" by the U.S. Architizer A+ Awards. In 2015 and 2017, he was listed in the AD100 Most Influential Chinese Designers List twice.

In 2018, I served as a judge of the international competition Evolo China.
